Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Satisfaction Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading customer satisfaction improvement initiatives at assigned store(s) to ensure our customers' perspectives come first
- Acting as a liaison between the dealership and customers, ensuring their concerns are communicated and addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Developing and implementing reputed company improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Following up with customers reputed company 48 hours to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any concerns promptly
- Tracking and trending customer concerns and survey scores using our proprietary reputed company reputed company Program
- Collaborating with the reputed company and Brand Team on reviews and reputed company media sentiment to ensure a positive online reputed company
- Developing processes for handling reputed company Business Bureau reviews and coordinating with dealership staff for comprehensive resolutions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong attention to detail and sense of urgency to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, dealership staff, and other stakeholders
- Warranty Claims or Collections experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills to navigate our proprietary systems and tools
- A positive attitude and team player mentality to collaborate with colleagues and drive business growth
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of warranty claims, collections, and customer satisfaction improvement processes
