Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer support to our members

Requirements

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong reputed company in communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
