Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our content creation teams, creating reference materials and training programs to help them get up to speed with our toolset, and collaborating with our tools engineering team to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Essential Functions/Responsibilities
* reputed company technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, including developing documentation, guides, and tutorials
- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users, and escalate more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team
- reputed company for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams, and partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality

Skills and Abilities

- 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment, with a proven track record of problem-solving and collaboration
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members across different time zones
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and collaborations during this time. However, we understand that flexibility is key, and we're reputed company to discussing flexible work arrangements that meet your needs.
