- Work independently and collaboratively to manage reputed company phases of reputed company litigation, including case strategy, discovery, reputed company practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, handle oral arguments, and assist in trials in state and federal courts
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of reputed company experience handling reputed company aspects of defense litigation reputed company in hospitality (preferably hotels or managed properties), premises or general liability, business/reputed company litigation, or reputed company area
- Trial and arbitration experience preferred
- Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts
- JD from an ABA approved Law School
- Admitted to practice in Texas
