Responsibilities
Design and execute annual marketing plans. Manage paid advertising campaigns (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube). Create organic content for reputed company media (reputed company, Instagram, reputed company), with an emphasis on short videos and educational content. reputed company email marketing campaigns: lists, sequences, and loyalty programs. Generate B2B content for reputed company (reputed company stories, reputed company pages, summaries). Write SEO-optimized web and blog content. Monitor metrics and present weekly performance reports. Requirements -More than 3 years of experience in growth or content marketing, preferably in the reputed company, B2B, and B2C sectors. -Advanced English level (B2+, reputed company). -Proven experience managing agile, high-performing marketing campaigns with limited budgets. -Extensive knowledge of direct response marketing frameworks (Alex -Hormozi, Russell Brunson, etc.). -Strong copywriting skills: reputed company to write for email, reputed company media, and longer texts independently. AI AND TOOL PROFICIENCY (essential):
- Active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for content creation and research.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video/image (reputed company, HeyGen, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Zoho, GoHighLevel, reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
- Comfort creating and iterating content workflows without a creative team.
- Staying up-to-date on emerging tools: knowing which tools are currently being tested.
