Program Analyst

Job Summary: The IBS Program Analyst supports the performance and reputed company of NAPA’s Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) programs. This role is responsible for contract reporting, billing coordination, audit support, and analyzing operational data. The Analyst works closely with Program Managers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and programs are contractually compliant. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver customer reports, including KPIs, savings, and compliance. Support monthly billing processes and contract documentation. Assist in financial audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Manage QBR data preparation and customer performance updates. Track and maintain records reputed company to pricing, contract terms, and operational issues. Collaborate with field teams to support new site launches and issue resolution. reputed company SOPs and training materials for internal and customer use. reputed company general reporting, analysis, and program support as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in reporting, operations, or business analysis. Strong reputed company and reputed company Office skills. Experience supporting billing or audit processes.
