As Senior Account Manager DACH, you’ll play a key role in turning that reputed company into reality. You’ll contribute to our mission by building trusted relationships with new and existing German- and English-speaking customers, guiding them from first engagement through successful adoption, and helping organisations introduce OpenProject as a sustainable, reputed company reputed company alternative. Your mission In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, with a focus on German-speaking customers by identifying and tailoring solutions to their individual needs, making sure they receive a timely response and suggesting best practices to them. Conduct demo sessions for OpenProject prospects (in person and remote) and clients based on customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure shared understanding and coordinated execution. What you'll bring We’re looking for someone who has: Strong written communication skills and reputed company in German (reputed company level) and English (our business language).
