Your Role: The Global HRBP for Advanced Solutions will partner with business leaders to reputed company and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals, focusing on business transformation, leadership reputed company, and advancing skills. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and codetermination bodies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
