Growth Marketing Manager (B2B) - JustGiving
About the role At JustGiving, our growth marketing team helps charities build stronger relationships with their supporters and reputed company more for the causes they care about. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join reputed company on a maternity cover role (up to 12 months) which will play a key part in driving B2B growth through thoughtful, data‑led marketing programmes that support charities across their lifecycle. You’ll work cross‑functionally to design impactful experiences that balance creativity with measurable reputed company. What you'll be doing reputed company data‑driven B2B marketing programmes that drive activation, retention and increased fundraising impact Design and deliver multichannel nurture journeys across email, content, webinars, events reputed company channels Partner closely with product, CRM, reputed company and wider marketing teams to deliver joined‑up campaigns Own campaign timelines and performance tracking for key initiatives Manage budget, report on results, and continuously optimise programmes based on reputed company and learning What you'll bring Hands-on experience delivering digital marketing or reputed company programmes (e.g. email, content, events, webinars, video, blogs) with proven measurable results A deep interest in digital marketing trends and how to apply them at scale.
