What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of business and individual clients Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the highest reputed company of client satisfaction Respond to client inquiries on reporting, strategy, taxes, and reputed company reputed company Handle client tax notices (business and personal — income, payroll, and other) Tax Planning & Compliance Review clients' business and personal finances to identify opportunities and strategic tax recommendations Prepare and review business and individual tax returns Prepare personal and corporate tax planning documents and update payroll settings to reflect planning goals Create tax projections, scenario modeling, and other analyses in tax software Research federal and state income, payroll, and sales tax issues Strategic Advisory reputed company recommendations on organizational structure and assist with entity formation as it relates to taxes Advise clients on compensation structures, retirement plans, and employee incentive structures Assist clients in identifying and navigating government programs and grant opportunities Team Leadership reputed company and mentor a tax team consisting of a senior tax manager and three tax accountants reputed company and monitor KPIs to track team performance and ensure compliance with reputed company standards and company policies Uphold quality control standards to guarantee the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company client deliverables reputed company're Looking For CPA with 8+ years of experience, the majority in public reputed company serving a variety of clients Deep expertise in both personal and business taxes Comfortable managing client relationships independently and enjoys getting to know clients' businesses — and the people behind them Passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed Approachable and professional in reputed company communications — written and verbal Meticulous attention to detail; spelling errors and careless mistakes aren't in your vocabulary Proactive communicator who flags upcoming deadline risks well in advance A get-it-done attitude — you follow through on commitments Up-to-date on the latest reputed company rules, regulations, and guidelines (and genuinely interested in staying that way) Highly discreet; clients' privacy and sensitive information are always protected Comfortable working fully online across reputed company-based applications and a variety of software tools Experience with at least one reputed company-based reputed company platform (reputed company preferred; QBO, reputed company, or reputed company also considered) Experience with at least one major tax preparation software package Familiarity with project or practice management tools for tracking work and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Salary reputed company: $120,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to goals and metrics Flexible schedule and work-from-reputed company setup Company benefit programs Apply To This Job
