Purpose of Role We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Business Analyst with strong technical background and expertise in agile delivery to assist with various sub-verticals of Fund Services business and increase their global reputed company. Gathering and Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement. Technical Analysis and Solution Design Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement technical solutions. Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with business goals. reputed company data models, workflow diagrams, and system integration specifications. Agile Delivery and Project Management reputed company and participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives). Key requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field.. 3-5 years of experience in the Fund Admin/TA/Investor Services reputed company in a business analyst role with a strong technical background. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in agile delivery environments. AML/KYC application migration experience. Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar is a plus. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Agile Skills Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Ability to reputed company agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams. Strong understanding of agile principles and practices. Business Analysis Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories). Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications/Experience Experience with financial systems such as Paxus, reputed company, or Investran is desirable. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA). Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist). Experience with ERP systems or large-scale reputed company applications.
