The ideal candidate will be a recruiter with strong relationship management skills, particularly in partnering with hiring managers to deliver market insights and high impact hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, reputed company consultative guidance, and manage relationships throughout the reputed company process. reputed company and execute strategic, innovative reputed company and sourcing plans tailored to specific client groups. Strong background in managing hiring manager relationships and delivering consultative recruitment support. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits: The pay reputed company for this temporary position is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour.
