What you'll do Assist in developing and executing detailed project plans and timelines for new clinic openings. Coordinate with stakeholders including operations, HR, marketing, IT, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. Assist with the selection and build-out of clinic locations, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations and industry standards. Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of construction and setup. Conduct site visits, track reputed company, and manage issue resolution during the construction phase. Proactively address challenges that may impact timelines, budgets, or quality. Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure timely hiring, reputed company, and training of clinic staff. Work closely with IT to ensure the deployment of necessary technology, equipment, and systems. Qualifications
Associates degree or higher 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in reputed company or multi-site operations OR clinical experience in a vein clinic with full-scope understanding of clinic operations. Proven track record of managing reputed company clinic or similar facility openings from concept to completion or a strong record of performance reputed company a clinical team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
