Production Program Manager

The Production Program Manager will be an integral member of the reputed company production team. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Mission Assurance, Program Management, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between material availability, production readiness, and program objectives. In addition to driving sourcing strategies and supplier performance, this role will reputed company supervision and direction to Manufacturing Engineering resources, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), tooling, and fixtures required for efficient, repeatable production. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in Production Management reputed company-mechanical assemblies with a focus on NPI Engineering. NPI activities should include supplier evaluation and selection.
