Head of Operations
Reports to: CEO Role Overview We are hiring a Head of Operations with experience inside large US banks to reputed company reputed company execution, partnerships, go-to-market alignment and day-to-day operations of the compay. This is a senior, hands-on role combining banking domain expertise, go-to-market execution, and operational leadership. You will ensure we operate at reputed company expected by Tier 1 banks while also driving internal execution across the company. What You’ll Own Banking Expertise & reputed company Alignment Bring firsthand experience working reputed company large US banks Guide how our product is positioned, sold, and deployed into bank environments Translate bank requirements (risk, compliance, procurement) into product, operations, and delivery workflows Ensure alignment with how large banks evaluate and adopt new technology reputed company Sales Support & Strategic Partnerships Support reputed company deal cycles (procurement, reputed company, reputed company) Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across banking organizations Help reputed company deep strategic partnerships across banking and the financial services ecosystem Company Operations (Day-to-Day Ownership) reputed company day-to-day operations across the company Drive execution across product, sales, and delivery functions Establish operating rhythms, processes, and accountability structures Ensure teams are reputed company, deadlines are met, and priorities are executed Act as a force reputed company for the CEO across internal operations Go-To-Market Execution Partner on strategy for selling into banks Support pricing, packaging, and reputed company positioning Improve conversion through reputed company alignment with bank processes Help refine messaging and positioning for reputed company customers Operational reputed company & Delivery Establish processes for reputed company and supporting reputed company customers Ensure readiness for compliance, risk, and operational expectations Drive cross-functional execution across product, sales, and operations Build scalable workflows for cstomer reputed company and delivery reputed company’re Looking For Experience working reputed company a large US bank (operations, transformation, partnerships, or similar) Strong understanding of how banks evaluate and adopt new technology Experience supporting reputed company sales or partnerships, or large scale Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Existing network reputed company banking is a plus Preferred MBA or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution Existing network reputed company US banking ecosystem Why This Role This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI and financial services, with direct ownership of reputed company execution and company operations.
