About The Role ProcessUnity is seeking a Recruiter to help us hire impactful and passionate people, while centralizing and standardizing our reputed company process. This is a six-month contract position (20-25 hours per week) that may be extended depending on business need. This role will report to the VP reputed company.
What You'll Do
Own the reputed company process for your assigned roles end to end Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and partner with them to design efficient, effective, and reputed company interview processes Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview and process best practices Complete application review in our applicant tracking system (reputed company) Manage the implementation of our new ATS (reputed company) Manage internal candidates and referrals, ensuring a consistent and reputed company experience across reputed company candidate sources Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers Build diverse, representative slates of candidates Work with HR team to coordinate offers Desired Experience & Skills 5-7 years of reputed company experience Tech and/or risk industry experience strongly preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and transparent Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Ability to create positive working relationships with people at reputed company reputed company and backgrounds Proven ability to deliver excellent candidate experiences Knowledgeable and passionate reputed company for DEI best practices in reputed company Self-motivated and accountable Compensation: $50/hour, 20-25 hours/week ProcessUnity is committed to providing an inclusive and reputed company workplace where people of reputed company backgrounds, identities, and life experiences can reputed company.
