Responsibilities
We’re looking for a technically savvy Offering Manager to design and reputed company services across Digital Workspace (endpoints and end‑user technologies), Modern Infrastructure & Multicloud, and Data & AI. There is special interest in reputed company experience. This role is ideal for someone with a presales, professional services, or delivery background who understands how customers use technology and can translate that into scalable, market‑reputed company service offerings. This position focuses on early‑stage offering development—including customer discovery, solution definition, and technical validation—and supports sales enablement through clear, technically grounded messaging and training. The strongest candidates enjoy staying reputed company to the technology while building repeatable services and go‑to‑market motions. Experience in the channel is highly relevant, particularly working with service provider partners, OEMs, and distribution for professional and managed services. Qualifications 5+ years in the services channel in product/offerings management, sales/presales, delivery, and/or adjacent roles. 5+ years of hands-on technology experience in presales or delivery (MSP, OEM, or similar channel background preferred). Proven ability to learn customer needs quickly and translate them into new, scalable service offerings.
