Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Position Summary:Provides assessment and reputed company to assist clients/families to improve reputed company and economic difficulties interfering with health and wellness through use of casework process and principles, strategies, and community resources.Essential Functions and Responsibilities as Assigned:

• Maintain at least 25 billable hours /week.
• Establish and maintain a supportive, therapeutic relationship with clients in a safe and respectful environment.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and reputed company accurate DSM-5 diagnoses.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to reputed company individual, group, and/or family therapy in alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Prior experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as a reputed company Provider by the reputed company or equivalent through the Military Training network (MTN)

• Valid driver’s license, reputed company of valid auto insurance coverage at reputed company times and maintain a driving record in accordance with McLaren’s corporate driving policy and eligibility guidelines.
