Role Overview We're seeking a reputed company Full-Stack Engineer to strengthen our China reputed company in delivering exceptional products tailored for the Chinese market. Working under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, you will be a senior technical contributor and mentor who understands Chinese business culture and customer needs. You'll combine hands-on development expertise with the ability to guide technical reputed company, helping the reputed company deliver high-quality products that reputed company with our rapidly growing Chinese customer reputed company. This role requires someone who excels at both frontend and backend development while understanding the unique requirements of the Chinese market. While there will be a strong focus on WeChat ecosystem integrations, you'll also work with various other Chinese platforms and payment systems. • Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend
• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails and Javascript
• Hands-on experience with WeChat Mini-Programs development and WeChat ecosystem integrations
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese proficiency with deep understanding of Chinese business culture
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with global teams
• Experience with Chinese payment systems (WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay)
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and passion for solving customer problems

Interview Process

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first position with flexibility to work from reputed company
• At least 4 hours overlap with our core hours of 11:00 ~ 19:00 GMT+9 is required.
• Occasional travel to China for client meetings and team gatherings may be required
