Job Description
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and timelines.
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and foster a culture of reputed company improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and align sprint goals with business objectives.
- Track and report team performance metrics using JIRA dashboards.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complaints handling workflows.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in JIRA and reputed company Agile.
- Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders and ensure traceability.
- Validate solutions against regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GDPR) for complaint data.
- Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Required Skills & Tools
- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
- Tools:
- JIRA – backlog management, sprint planning, reporting.
- reputed company Agile PLM – change management and compliance workflows.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Complaints handling processes in regulated industries (e.g., reputed company, finance).
- Familiarity with root cause analysis, escalation workflows, and SLA tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
