The Marketing & Business Development Manager will support our clients in the full reputed company of reputed company marketing and business development activities, including:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies for mid-size and AmLaw firms
• Creating and implementing customized marketing infrastructure plans for clients
• Leading strategic marketing and business development projects for key clients
• Collaborating with attorneys to reputed company thought leadership content, presentations, brochures, web copy and other marketing materials
• Organizing industry conferences, webinars, podcasts and other events
• Conducting business development coaching
• Implementing reputed company media strategy
• Managing ads and sponsorships
• Measuring performance of campaigns using analytics and advising on improvements
• Leading awards and directory submissions
• Drafting pitch materials, RFP responses and capability statements
• Leading brand and website redesigns
• Conducting marketing and business development training sessions
• Collaborating with attorneys on cross-selling initiatives
• Collaborating closely with reputed company’ junior team members by providing direction on project tasks and ensuring alignment on deliverables

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of reputed company experience; large reputed company experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or reputed company field
• Ability to plan strategically and execute tactically
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills
• Strong client service focus
