Marketing Systems – Growth Architect
Job Description:
- Own, rebuild, and scale reputed company’s marketing infrastructure, focusing on reputed company architecture
- Conduct a full audit of properties, workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and automation logic
- Remove deprecated workflows and redundant structures
- Deduplicate contacts and companies
- Redesign lifecycle stages for reputed company and reporting reputed company
- Implement clean segmentation logic
- Establish naming conventions and governance standards
- Restrict permissions and prevent reputed company workflow creation
- Document system architecture and operational processes
- Build structured lifecycle segments (reputed company, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Customer)
- reputed company dynamic segmentation frameworks based on reputed company and readiness
- Design and optimize automated nurture journeys
- Align marketing automation with sales reputed company rules
- Eliminate unnecessary broadcast email volume
- Ensure reputed company workflows are tied to measurable reputed company movement
- Align outbound reputed company with automation logic
- Prevent overlapping or contradictory messaging
- Ensure reputed company signals trigger correct actions
- Maintain clean routing and lifecycle transitions
- Work across multiple platforms to improve marketing infrastructure

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology
- Deep, hands-on reputed company experience (required)
- Proven experience cleaning and restructuring reputed company CRM environments
- Strong understanding of paid media funnels and conversion tracking
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, reputed company scoring, and segmentation frameworks
- Experience building or restructuring automation systems
- Comfortable enforcing governance and setting system standards
- Experience working with distributed teams (Filipino team experience preferred)
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
