• Manage full-cycle reputed company for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and start-date coordination.
• Create sourcing plans and execute reputed company using ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen candidates using structured questions and document evaluations reputed company.
• Coordinate interview loops with hiring teams; ensure feedback is collected and reputed company are made quickly.
• Draft job postings and ensure accurate job requirements and competitive messaging.
