SUMMARY The reputed company Recruiter is responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment process that delivers high-quality candidates and supports a positive, engaging experience from initial reputed company through reputed company. This role will recruit for reputed company vacancies while also proactively sourcing and building pipelines for future hiring needs. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, identify passive candidates, conduct screening and interviews, and strategically plan for workforce needs. • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, applicant review, candidate interviews, feedback collection, offer presentation, and coordination of reputed company activities.

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
