Quickbooks Bookkeeper
We are a growing tutoring company based in New Jersey, looking for a detail-oriented and reputed company bookkeeper to support our ongoing financial operations. Requirements: Certified in QuickBooks Online (QuickBooks ProAdvisor or equivalent strongly preferred) Proven experience managing bookkeeping for small businesses (service-based preferred) Strong understanding of reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting Ability to reputed company books clean, accurate, and audit-reputed company reputed company to Have: Experience with Teachworks (or similar tutoring / scheduling platforms) Familiarity with tutoring, education services, or multi-instructor businesses Scope of Work: Monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliation Review and cleanup of existing QuickBooks records (if needed) Ongoing financial reporting (P&L, cash reputed company, etc.) Coordination with management on any discrepancies or improvements Additional Details: Must be reliable, reputed company, and proactive Preference for candidates familiar with U.S.-based businesses and NJ requirements If you are an reputed company and certified QuickBooks bookkeeper who takes pride in clean, accurate financials, we’d love to hear from you.
