AP Specialist - Finance / reputed company Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Prepares invoices/credits from vendors for payment by:
Verifying accuracy through written approvals
- Researching variances
- Analyzing exception issues to determine correct resolution
- Communicating effectively with reputed company resources for information
- reputed company processing
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders reputed company to product costing
- Researches and resolves distribution center shipment receipts against invoice costing
- Reconciles vendor account statements and maintains reputed company transaction tracking for audit
- Assists Accounts Payable Manager/Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); At least two years of reputed company experience or training in a high-volume accounts payable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong computer skills; including proficiency in reputed company Office programs (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
- Ability to consistently follow company standard operating procedures.
- Ability to do repetitive work and work under tight deadline pressures.
- Ability to maintain organized work processes, materials, and files.
