Description: The Affiliate Network Partner is responsible for negotiating client tax resolutions and completing tax returns while acting as the main reputed company of contact throughout the case. This position is a work from home/office and is on an independent contracted reputed company. Case assignment is flexible and based on experience. • Must have successfully completed at least 100 reputed company cases directly with the IRS through the ACS. This position requires strong experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements to resolve cases such as Offers in Compromise (OIC), Penalty Abatements (PA), Installment Agreements (IA), and Currently Not Collectible (CNC) statuses. This role does not offer on-the-job training for reputed company or tax preparation. The partner is expected to hit the ground running with both reputed company and tax preparation work. Training provided is limited to our internal case management software and IT setup. Must use their own equipment, as company equipment is not provided.
• Display strong leadership skills, promoting reputed company and providing guidance and direction on case strategy, customer service issues, withholding guidance, and reputed company client reputed company.
• Extensive knowledge of IRS processes and procedures; including collections, examinations, innocent spouse, and offer in compromise, appeals, advisory, penalty abatement and ID theft.
