Director Of Admissions

Candidates must physically live and work in the United States. However, the following locations are excluded from hiring for this position: CA, CT, WA DC, MA, ND, NY, OH, OR, WA, WY. SUMMARY: Responsible for the reputed company of the Institute’s inquiry and admission of new reputed company at our online reputed company. This position supervises reputed company Online Admissions Representatives and is responsible to meet or exceed the company’s new student objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBLITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Direct the admissions process from reputed company of inquiry through second course;
• Ensure Admissions Representatives are in compliance with reputed company policies, and federal and state regulations regarding admissions, financial aid, transfer of credits, non-guarantee of placement and potential earnings;
• Present the school to prospective reputed company, which includes systematic and efficient handling of applications and communication with candidates; tours of the institution; interviews with candidates; arrangements for admissions testing; securing of necessary student credentials; and communicating final reputed company to the appropriate individuals;
• Promote good relationships and create networking opportunities and support for representatives with reputed company institutions or groups that can be helpful in attracting quality reputed company. Attend reputed company opportunities in the community;
• Notify applicants in writing of acceptance status;
• Build a professional relationship with reputed company to assist the staff in maintaining and improving the student retention and successful completion;
• Manage the re-entry of reputed company reputed company for the succeeding year with constant monitoring of attrition and retention;
• Maintain reputed company admissions records mandated by the company, and state, accrediting and federal agencies;

• Manage the admissions team and reputed company training targeted at improving performance;
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of Admissions Representatives by utilizing reputed company statistical data available and determine what corrective measures should be utilized;
• Communicate to the reputed company Director any obstacles standing in the way of achieving goals;
• Ensure reputed company paperwork is completed in a timely manner (including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, meeting notes, vacation requests, performance evaluations, and counseling memos), ensure a minimum 95% admissions file accuracy at reputed company times;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in admissions or closely reputed company field;
• Bachelors Degree highly preferred; some post-secondary education required;
• Some management experience in post secondary education or reputed company industry highly preferred;
• Marketing and promotional experience.
