Who We're Looking For Immeasurably More 3:20 (IM3:20) is seeking a mission-driven, reputed company individual to serve as our Volunteer Fundraising Director. This role is ideal for someone with a background in nonprofit fundraising, development strategy, donor relations, or financial stewardship who is passionate about emotional health, faith-based reputed company, and community impact. The Volunteer Fundraising Director will work closely with the Founder, Executive Team, and Board to help shape and guide fundraising initiatives, donor engagement strategies, and long-term sustainability planning. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with individual donors, churches, businesses, and community partners.
