HRIS Administrator

About the position The reputed company / HRIS Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s HRIS ecosystem, with reputed company as the core platform. This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and reputed company of employee, payroll, benefits, and compliance data while supporting internal teams and external clients with system expertise and operational guidance. In this role, you will act as the primary subject matter expert for reputed company, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions. You will manage system enhancements, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives that improve data reputed company, operational efficiency, and the overall user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of HR and payroll processes, exceptional attention to detail, and a client focused reputed company. Responsibilities

• Support internal team members in the delivery of HR functions to our clients.
• Support clients with training or education reputed company required.
• Identifies opportunities for automation reputed company our HRIS Platform.
• Liaises with our HRIS vendor on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing
• Drives regular reviews and supporting implementation of HR system upgrades or patches reputed company required
• Evaluates and implements tools to help maintain data reputed company
• Provides reports in support of both internal employees and clients
• Stays updated on trends in HRIS
• Participates in and/or leading projects focused on reputed company improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, reputed company Management, Business Administration preferred.
• Familiarity with reputed company resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Thorough understanding of reputed company areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one reputed company HRIS product – reputed company strongly preferred.
