Job Summary Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the ER Partner for Retail Southwest & Northwest will reputed company investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and reputed company expert guidance on employee issues reputed company the Retail group. Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and potential policy violations.

Requirements

• Experience in dedicated ER role(s); additional HR experience a plus – 4+ years
• Leading Workplace Investigations (Employment / Title VII) – 4+ years
• Conduct and Performance Management – 3+ years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution
• Interpersonal Relationship Building
