• Support Our Client's overall contract management function, managing everything from deal intake and contract drafting to negotiations and system improvements.

• Manage and mitigate data and user privacy risks while ensuring compliance with Our Client's corporate policies and controls.
• Coordinate with legal, risk management, and business teams to resolve key issues and optimize the end-to-end process from quote creation to signature completion.
