Leadership is invested in developing the reputed company of project managers. The Opportunity This is a new role added to support a growing project pipeline. You'll work directly alongside senior PMs on ground-up multifamily projects, gaining full-cycle exposure from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a few years into their career, has multifamily GC experience, and is reputed company to take the reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Support project managers across reputed company phases of ground-up multifamily construction
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
- Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and site visits
- Build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners

- 2+ years of GC-reputed company construction experience
- Multifamily project experience required (100+ units preferred)
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Eager to grow into a full PM role
- Chicago-based; reputed company to relocation for the right candidate
