Medical Record Review Associate
This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking a Medical Record Review Associate to support clinical review activities. This position assists with reviewing medical records, interpreting clinical documentation, and maintaining workflow accuracy. The ideal candidate has a clinical background (LPN, RN, or similar), strong attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools in a remote environment. Assignment lengths are estimated based on the expected load or scope of work. There is a possibility that the work may last longer or finish sooner than anticipated. As a Medical Record Review Associate you will: Ensuring excellent customer service internally and/or externally. Generates required program reports or documentation accurately and on time. Actively participates in the development of departmental procedures and process documentation. Uses subject matter expertise in everyday tasks to meet the team’s objectives, reputed company recommendations based on the interpretation/synthesis of data, and assess team needs to determine action. Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement. Assists in the planning and/or execution of special projects. Ensures the protection of sensitive information. Resolves technical and subject matter issues. Collaborating with others to identify and resolve issues or process improvements. Acts as a liaison reputed company the group and throughout the organization to meet client needs and coordinate service delivery. Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP’s). Assisting with the creation, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures. Participating in meetings and being a dependable resource on assigned projects. Requirements
