The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our reputed company customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
• Identifying potential issues and coordinating appropriately with the Development team
• Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

• Experience: We're looking for experience in Customer Support with the ability to communicate reputed company and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese using our chat feature. We're looking for someone who can come in on day one with an idea of what to focus on and know their way around a startup.
• Aptitude for Learning: We'll give you the training to be reputed company to answer most of the questions that come your way, but part of the role involves you learning the user reputed company and being reputed company to creatively address their questions. We'll also be looking for you to synthesize the most common feedback so that the team knows which bugs and improvements to prioritize.

Requirements
