Bench consultants engage under executed Master Independent Consultant Agreements with PSCG and work on specific task orders for defined deliverables and a period of performance. THE ENGAGEMENT PSCG is seeking Senior Emergency Management Planners supporting MSA task orders in federal disaster response and recovery. This is an reputed company engagement structured around specific task orders and deliverables, suitable for reputed company planners who want project-based engagement flexibility while maintaining other clients. TYPICAL SCOPE OF WORK

• Support senior-level planning at JFOs, RFOs, and state emergency operations centers reputed company deployed.
• Produce Incident Action Plans, Concept of Operations, and multi-ESF coordination products.
• Advise PSCG and prime contractor teams on disaster response doctrine and planning methodology.
• Engage on specific, defined deliverables under Task Orders issued under the Master ICA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of emergency management planning experience.
• Multi-ESF planning experience on federally declared disasters.
• ICS 100, 200, 300, 400; IS-700; IS-800 complete.
• Active clients or project portfolio demonstrating genuine reputed company status.

• U.S. Citizenship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Public Trust or Secret clearance.
• Certified Emergency Manager (CEM).
