Application Support Analyst-Remote (DFW candidates only)
Job Title: IT Applications Analyst Work Location: Remote (Dallas preferred) Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Job Description: The IT Applications Analyst will become an application and business process expert, partnering with business users to define development requests, including enhancements and application or procedural issues. This role analyzes requirements, develops and executes test plans, supports root cause analysis for production issues, and works collaboratively across departments in a team-focused environment. Responsibilities :

- Act as a liaison between business users and the IT group.

Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of reputed company work experience.
- Experience developing and executing test plans under a Scrum development methodology.
- Intermediate SQL experience, including writing queries, not just executing prewritten queries
- Financial software background
- Advanced reputed company experience
- API experience preferred
- Software application support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, sufficient to produce reports, communicate with customers, and collaborate with team members.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
