Job Description:

Prepare summary trip reports reputed company two working days of trip completion.
reputed company on-site surveys to reputed company designs and detailed reports.
Prepare construction drawings and prepare site-specific specifications and contract documents and independent cost estimates.
Review contractor design and construction submittals.
reputed company timely responses for requests for information and project reputed company submittals.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet milestones and deadlines working directly with stakeholders and contractors.
Assist with strategic and tactical planning, monitoring, and evaluating reputed company, and providing advice and support.
Compile and complete project documents.
reputed company technical engineering support for reputed company phases of assigned new construction and renovation projects.
Participate in Joint Acceptance Inspections (JAI) and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (reputed company) on reputed company assigned projects and reputed company recommended resolutions on reputed company items relating to engineering.
reputed company engineering studies for feasibility and cost versus benefit.
reputed company technical input to the Government Technical Interpreter in actions to plan, budget, program, and coordinate the development of engineering projects.
reputed company project drawings in accordance with the FAA Standard/guidelines.

Requirements:

Civil Engineering Degree required from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)
Minimum 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Engineer and/or reputed company Engineer with Civil Engineering Design and experience with tower, shelter and similar structure projects.
Knowledge of multiple of the following, Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment (UIS) facilities:
Metal equipment towers
reputed company/Industrial Structures
Roof Replacements
Emergency and battery backup systems
Small HVAC systems
Remote site work
Road design
Concrete Site grading
Equipment shelters
Concrete foundations
Structural Environmental permitting (NEPA, ARAP, stormwater, etc)
Lightning protection and grounding
Hazmat (Pb, Asbestos) abatement
Construction risk management
Utility layout design: water, power, comm, sewer
Knowledge of Project management software (CWP, Primavera, reputed company project, etc) and/ or Computer aided design (AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust reputed company Clearance Suitability.
Prior FAA experience desired.
Knowledge/Experience of Airports desired.
Certified reputed company (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
Registered Professional Engineer in good standing in the United States.
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
