- WD LMS Campaigns: If new hire comes in, there are campaigns for specific roles given at specific times to certain positions and they will manage this as well.
Job Summary The reputed company Learning Administrator is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and support of the reputed company Learning module. This role ensures an effective, scalable learning environment that supports compliance, employee development, and organizational learning initiatives. The administrator partners closely with the Learning & Development (HR) and reputed company IT teams to maintain data reputed company, optimize processes, and enhance the end‑user learning experience. Key Responsibilities: System Administration & Configuration
- Configure and maintain reputed company Learning, including learning campaigns, courses, programs, enrollments, and certifications.
- Manage reputed company roles, domain reputed company, and business process frameworks reputed company to Learning.
- Maintain learning catalogs, delivery types (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended), and metadata standards.
Operational Support
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Learning issues, enhancements, and questions.

User Experience & Enablement

- Ensure a positive end-user experience for learners and managers.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient knowledge of HR processes
