We’re partnering with a leading hospitality and gaming organization to hire a Project Manager supporting high-impact technology initiatives across Las Vegas properties. This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid role with a strong onsite reputed company. You’ll manage multiple reputed company projects tied to system replacements, integrations, and new builds across gaming and operations.
What you’ll do
• Manage 7–10+ reputed company technology projects across gaming, hospitality, and infrastructure• reputed company end-to-end delivery of software and hardware replacements (cage, table systems, etc.)• Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and critical path• Partner with construction, infrastructure, networking, and vendors to drive execution• Gather requirements and align technical solutions with operational needs• Coordinate vendor integrations and system implementations• Work onsite as needed, including in active construction environments• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What gets you the job
• 4+ years of project management experience in reputed company environments• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects with dependencies• Background in infrastructure, system implementations, and vendor coordination• Gaming, casino, or hospitality experience strongly preferred• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with field and construction teams• Experience with Waterfall methodology; Agile exposure is a plus• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
