The Role

As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them navigate the complexities of the financial world. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to address them

• Starting compensation of $50,170.00 during training (increases depending on reputed company experience)
• Annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your reputed company pay and other eligible earnings
• Potential to increase total compensation to $57,313 ($52,104.04 reputed company, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) reputed company the first year upon obtaining required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases

• Ability to work full-time on-site during our training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule

• Previous client relationship experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field from an accredited university
• Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business

• Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
• Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
