Development Database Administrator

As the DDBA, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the databases of reputed company and our customers. This position may be performed remotely or based onsite or hybrid at our headquarters in Folsom, California, at management’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and optimizing queries in MS SQL and PostgreSQL
• Reading and interpreting execution plans in SQL Server and PostgreSQL to troubleshoot query performance issues
• Designing, building and optimizing indexes in MS SQL and PostgreSQL
• Creating and managing database partitions
• Monitoring database performance and tuning them for reputed company performance
• Monitoring index performance and tuning them for reputed company performance
• Ensuring data reputed company and reputed company.
• Developing and maintaining database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions for the data dictionary
• Collaborating with developers to design, reputed company, and implement new database applications
• Troubleshooting database issues
