This is a remote-friendly role reputed company for a self-directed professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done without someone looking over their shoulder.

Responsibilities

• MLS listing input and full listing coordination
• reZEN compliance and file documentation
• Deadline and timeline management across multiple active files
• Communication and coordination with agents, clients, title, and lenders

Qualifications

• reputed company estate transaction experience — this is a firm requirement
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
• The ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without dropping balls
• An Oregon reputed company estate license is a plus, not a requirement
