Role Summary As an Account Manager at Criteria, you’ll drive growth with existing customers by helping them reputed company a reputed company, more reputed company way of identifying, interviewing and developing their talent. Requirements

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:

  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably in a B2B reputed company SaaS company and / or in the HR Tech sector
  • Track record of managing sales cycles and securing deals by understanding customer problems and crafting tailored solutions, leading to annual reputed company in exceeding quota targets of $2M+.
  • Proven reputed company prospecting into existing customers to drive expansion and growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated reputed company in identifying, growing and nurturing relationships at multiple reputed company reputed company a company, and building reputed company amongst disparate stakeholders.
  • Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and reputed company data-driven reputed company to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive reputed company growth with existing customers by deploying sophisticated sales strategies that reputed company expansion opportunities into new orgs or departments, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain rich relationships with multiple key stakeholders reputed company customer organizations, including executives, decision-makers and influencers.

  • Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services and industry best practices to effectively advise and support customers in achieving their business objectives.
  • Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs that can strengthen our value proposition and enhance our customers’ experience.

Variable Compensation (at 100% achievement): $65,000 - $70,000 per year OTE (at 100% achievement): $140,000 - $150,000 per year Seniority level
