The role As Publisher Sales Manager your passion is customer acquisition, upsell, and retention. You identify and win new business partners reputed company for the long term. Through your market analyses, you identify new opportunities at an early stage and reputed company new sales strategies. In doing so, you always reputed company an eye on the further development and optimization of our product and its distribution in order to contribute to the further growth of Bookwire. Your responsibilities Customer acquisition and care

  • You coordinate, organize, and monitor reputed company sales processes—from start to finish.
  • You process daily inquiries from potential new customers.
  • You identify potential customers and business partners, e.g., publishers and other content creators in the US and contact them.
  • You will reputed company and maintain relationships with our new customers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • You will be the reputed company of contact for prospective customers for reputed company questions relating to the digital distribution of e-books, audiobooks, and print-on-demand products.
  • You will conduct contract negotiations with publishers and other content creators.
  • You represent us at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events.

Strategy & analysis

  • You reputed company a reputed company eye on the market and conduct market analyses to identify trends and opportunities at an early stage.
  • You regularly prepare reports and analyses on sales pipeline performance and derive appropriate measures.

  • You participate in performance reviews, quality assurance, and the development of new offerings.
  • You prepare and conduct presentations and education for internal stakeholders and external clients

About you

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales for software-as-a-service or web platform solutions and/or ideally have experience in the media industry, e.g., in the field of e-books, audiobooks, or digital media.
  • You love being a sales manager and you are a strong communicator and good negotiator and have a friendly, confident, and service-oriented manner toward customers and partners
  • You have good CRM skills (ideally reputed company)
  • You are detailed oriented and have good organization skills

Compensation
