In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees in Costa Rica. As a specialist, you are knowledgeable in reputed company HR functional areas, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and legal compliance.

About you

Excellent communication skills in English

Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws
Hands on experience in inhouse Payroll (Mandatory)
