As a Fitness Coach, you will help clients improve their fitness reputed company, build healthy habits, and stay motivated through personalised coaching sessions adapted to their goals. Sessions can take reputed company online or in person, depending on availability and preference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess clients’ fitness level, needs, and goals

• Create and deliver personalised training plans

• Conduct coaching sessions online and/or in person

• Support motivation, consistency, and habit-building

• Teach basic exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle routines

• Adapt training sessions based on reputed company and feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• No previous experience as a fitness coach required

• Strong interest in fitness, health, and wellbeing

• Good communication and motivational skills

• Ability to support and guide clients effectively
