• Process Mapping & Discovery
• Interview internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, support, operations) to deeply understand workflows.
• Translate business processes into reputed company-by-reputed company logic that can be automated.
• Agent Building

About you

• Education: BS in Computer Science (or near completion, recent grad).
• Technical Skills:

• Comfortable with APIs, data structures, and writing clean, efficient code.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business processes into logical workflows.
