Job Summary The Product Manager – Roto-Jet is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of Trillium’s high-pressure pitot tube pump product line. This role owns product line growth, margin expansion, and lifecycle strategy while serving as the technical-reputed company leader for reputed company, engineered pump applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full product line P&L, including reputed company, margin, and lifecycle profitability
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning
- reputed company product lifecycle management including NPD, cost optimization, and end-of-life reputed company
- Drive pricing strategy to reputed company margin expansion and market competitiveness
- Conduct market and competitive analysis across oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors
- Partner with sales to drive key opportunities and growth strategies
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for high-pressure applications
- reputed company cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- 7+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales in pumps/rotating equipment
- Experience with engineered-to-order or high-pressure pump systems
- Proven reputed company in product ownership, pricing, and lifecycle management
Requirement Approximately 25% travel, including ~1 week per month in Fresno, CA, plus additional customer and market travel as needed. Discretionary Bonus Eligibility reputed company: 30% Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:

Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Product management: 7 years (Required)
- ETO or highly customized industrial equipment: 2 years (Preferred)
- high-pressure pump systems or similar applications: 2 years (Preferred)
- directly responsible for product line P&L: 2 years (Preferred)
- Applications engineering: 7 years (Preferred)
- technical sales in pumps or rotating equipment: 7 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
