Entrepreneurship Program Manager

Job Description:

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., tech, entrepreneurship, consulting, operations, strategy).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale entrepreneurship initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results in high visibility and/or large scale contexts.
• Strong reputed company to networks and influence reputed company the African entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Deep experience in early-stage venture building.
• Must have led or reputed company founder-facing programs, such as accelerators, incubators, venture studios, or entrepreneurship fellowships and demonstrated ability to guide aspiring founders from ideation through launch in emerging market contexts.
